Location of the hotel is good, like any other in the area. This is in no way a 4 star hotel. If may have been rated as such before, but the condition of rooms, shower, blankets... is not even suitable for a 3 star one. Bed sheets were stained and there was only one size (small) super stiff pillow available. I complained about available tea cups being stained (with tea and lip stick!) and they were substitute with a couple of dirty cups again!! Shower and toilet area was dirty and stained as well, no hair conditioner available and drainage got clogged one time! There were also mosquitos in the room!! Breakfast was good but there was only one type of bread and the coffee machine had only 3 working buttons (others taped over as dysfunctional) Fortunately, I had booked the room for only one night, but you can get double the service and much much better rooms in other 4 stars like AKKA Lush near the Taksim Square for only 10 to 20% higher price.

Advantages: nice staff (they gave us a wheelchair for my mom for free 6 days) and good breakfast + 4 min in walk to Istiklal Street DISADVANTAGES: Don't be fooled by the pictures and rating in booking! It's not even a 2 star hotel, it's a hostel with very small rooms and bathrooms and not so clean. we had a triple room that had a small closet of 40cm!! no place for suitcases and dresses, only 1 chair for 3 persons!! 10 min walk to the street that cars passes, no crier in tango taksim to carry your suitcases. After 7PM was the place that se.x workers stand!!!! No value for money; you pay for 4 star and receive a hostel. I never recommend anybody to select this place. I wonder how has this rating

Stayed there on May 22 and November 23, located in the middle of Istiklal Street. Staff is very nice and eager to help. Definitely will stay there whenever I go to Turkiye again.

I have been in this hotel about last week with my family. Firstly, I have to mention about the kindness of staff especially Mr.Shahin. He was so kind with good knowledge of English language. You can get a lot of information from him if you be able to speak English. We have reserved a room with 3 beds. It was clean and good, but it was not big enough. Istanbul is a city which you have spend time the whole day long outside and you have to get back hotel just for sleeping. In my opinion the space of rooms are not very important. I had been before in another 4 star hotel beside Istiklal street, but the tango Taksim hotel was better 10 times. As I mentioned, it is clean and new hotel. Besides, the location of that is the best. It is near Taksim square and the accessibility of that is fantastic. You can easily access subways or other public transportation which is necessary in this city. About breakfast, I could say It was good enough for 4 star hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will reserve it for my future vacation again.

A nice hotel close to Istiklal street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are OK and breakfast is decent. Shower is warm and A/C works perfect. The rooms have safety boxes. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff are lovely here. During our stay, they were so helpful by giving us travel advice and even sent us to the airport themselves on our last day. We are so grateful for the amazing service we received, and it is clear that the hospitality here is unmatched. You won't have to worry about anything during your stay here. The rooms are clean and we had very comfortable sleep on the beds. It was quite cold in Istanbul during our stay but the rooms were nice and warm. There's an enough space for your luggage and a safe to hold your valuable belongings. Furthermore, breakfast included a variety of tasty foods. Location is one of the best , very close to Taxsim square and just 50 meters from walking street

Marhaba 👋 I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Taksim. First and foremost, I must commend you on the excellent location of the hotel, which is conveniently situated in the heart of Taksim. The fact that it is just a one-minute walk to the main street means that you do not need a car to get around and explore the area. Furthermore, the proximity to the metro, tram, and other services made it incredibly easy for me to navigate the city and get to where I needed to go. I would also like to extend my sincerest thanks to Shahin and İbrahim for taking such great care of me during my stay. Their service was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Their hospitality was truly remarkable, and I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout my time at the hotel. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at your hotel, and I cannot wait to return. Thank you again for the wonderful service and hospitality, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
